Copmany Communications Approach

A well-executed copmany communications strategy is a document that explains the organization problems you aren’t trying to fix. It’s more detailed than a overview of interacting with notes or the jotted down prompts on an online whiteboard. It’s a memo that describes the complete scope of the strategy including tactics (who should deliver communications, how frequently also to which stakeholders). It is often helpful to create a central repository for answers to common issues. One leader of staff who I actually worked with created a comprehensive set of FAQs and invited co-workers to make contributions. This led to a dark level of involvement among her teams.
